1.Shipping
It’s important to know how to track your order. Once your order has been labeled, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you don’t see the tracking email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our items get mistaken for spam. If you have your order number and email address, you can also use our handy order tracking tool!

2.International Shipping Options and Times
Since your package has to travel further, the shipping process is more complicated. There are a few different factors to consider when determining when you will receive your order.
International orders must also go through customs, international shipping, and your location. Therefore, we cannot guarantee international shipping times. So please allow plenty of time to receive your order!
