2. Products & Descriptions

  • We offer a curated collection of phone straps, crossbody bags, evening bags, clutches, and party purses in various styles, patterns, colors, and materials (including acrylic, PU leather, metal, etc.).
  • We strive for accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, materials, or handmade elements. Product dimensions are approximate.
  • Phone Straps Note: Our straps are fashion accessories designed to complement your device. While durable, Jiayingz is not responsible for damage to your phone or device resulting from their use.

3. Orders & Purchases

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send an Order Confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded if payment was taken.
  • Prices are listed in USD. We may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders. Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, ‌American Express,China UnionPay) and secure payment gateways (PayPal, Apple Pay,Google Pay,Link).
  • You represent that your payment information is accurate and authorized. All payments are processed securely by our third-party providers; we do not store full credit card details.

  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only; international shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.
  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Please review our detailed Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility, timeframes, and procedures. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are typically not returnable.
