Shipping Policy

At Jiayingz, we’re excited to get your stylish phone straps, handbags, and party purses to you as quickly and safely as possible! This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver your fashion finds worldwide. Please review this information before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Most in-stock items are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed and payment is cleared.
  • Pre-Orders/Custom Items: If you purchase a pre-order or customized item, specific processing timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. We’ll also email you updates.
  • Peak Seasons & Promotions: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email if significant delays are anticipated.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We partner with reliable international carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, and national postal services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail) depending on your location and the selected shipping option.
  • Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and cart contents. Options typically include:
    • Economy/Standard Shipping: (e.g., 7-15 business days internationally)
    • Expedited Shipping: (e.g., 3-7 business days internationally)
    • Express Shipping: (e.g., 1-3 business days internationally) – Recommended for last-minute party essentials!
  • Note: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin (our warehouse) and destination countries.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to  USA, Canada, Asia. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and calculate costs.
  • We are constantly expanding our reach! If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at service@blinkgooblink.com to inquire about future shipping options.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:
    • Your shipping destination
    • The total weight and dimensions of your order
    • The shipping speed you select
  • Free Shipping Offers: We occasionally run promotions offering free standard shipping. Qualifying thresholds (e.g., order value minimum) and destination restrictions will be clearly stated during the promotion period.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier’s system to update.

6. Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Windows: The estimated delivery date provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation is an estimate provided by the carrier. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Delivery Attempts & Delays: Carriers typically make 1-3 delivery attempts. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
    • Weather events, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions
    • Local postal service delays
  • Failed Delivery/Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you. Reshipment may incur additional shipping fees. Unclaimed packages may be refunded minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

7. International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Important: For orders shipped outside our warehouse country (China,USA):
    • Customs Declarations: We are legally required to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs forms.
    • Import Duties & Taxes: You, the recipient, are solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other taxes levied by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival. These charges are not included in your Jiayingz order total (product price + shipping).
    • Payment of Fees: The carrier may contact you for payment before releasing your package. Failure to pay may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. Jiayingz has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check your local customs office’s regulations before ordering.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via most express carriers. Please provide a physical street address.
  • Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or higher costs.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item you did not order, please contact us immediately at jiayingz.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the received item(s) and packing slip.
  • Damaged in Transit: While we pack all items securely in protective packaging, damage can occasionally occur during shipping.
    • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, note this with the delivery driver BEFORE signing.
    • If items inside are damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jiayingz.shop@gmail.com with your order number, photos clearly showing the damage to both the packaging and the product(s), and a brief description. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve replacement (subject to availability) or refund. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until instructed otherwise.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (beyond the carrier’s typical transit time + a reasonable buffer), or if the estimated delivery date has passed significantly, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
