Refund and Returns Policy

At Jiayingz, we want you to love your new phone strap, handbag, or party purse. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer options for returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging (including any dust bags or protective coverings). Items must be free of odors, stains, makeup, or any signs of use.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or during checkout promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is clearly indicated before purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift Cards
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items showing any signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or washing
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accident after delivery
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at jiayingz.shop@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item(s) in their original condition (helpful for processing)
  2. Receive Approval & Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  4. Ship Back: Mail the return package to the address provided in your instructions using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the return value.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Jiayingz is not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (as confirmed by us), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval and proof of expense. Please follow our instructions.

5. Processing Returns & Issuing Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receipt at our warehouse, returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria (unused, original condition, tags attached, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing.
  • Approved Refunds:
    • Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refund Timing: Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
    • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • Non-Approved Returns: If an item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense (we will provide a quote) or the item may be donated/recycled without a refund.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only. If you wish for a different item, color, or size, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website. This ensures you secure the desired item promptly.

7. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

  • Please refer to our Shipping Policy for specific instructions if your order arrives damaged or defective. You must report damaged/defective items within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence. Different procedures may apply.

8. International Returns & Customs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for any return shipping costs and customs fees when sending items back to us from outside our warehouse country (China,USA).
  • Declaring Returns: Mark the package as a “Returned Goods” with the RMA number clearly visible on the customs form. Declare the value as $0 or the original purchase price as required by your local customs. Failure to do so may result in customs duties being charged to Jiayingz, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund of Original Duties/Taxes: We can only refund the amount we received. Any import duties or taxes you paid to receive the original order are typically non-refundable by Jiayingz. You may need to contact your local customs authority regarding potential reclaims.
